Money Back Guarantee

The Fitness First Money Back Guarantee is applicable when you join Fitness First and purchase one of our new starter fitness products; GET RESULTS!, Personal Training POWER PACK or BUPA Health Check.

How to qualify

To qualify for the money back guarantee you must do the following:

  • Join Fitness First and purchase either the GET RESULTS! programme, POWER PACK or BUPA Health Check (at time of joining.)
  • Complete a minimum of 7 visits to Fitness First within your first 4 weeks (28 days after start date.)

Terms and conditions – Applicable to memberships with monthly payments via Direct Debit only. Money Back Guarantee applicable to the purchase of a new membership in combination with point of sale fitness product (GET RESULTS!, POWER PACK or BUPA Health Check) and the completion of at least 7 visits within your first 4 weeks (28 days after start date). You must register within 7 days of joining and complete our online form (which will be emailed to you upon registration) once you have completed 7 visits.

We will process your refund at the earliest opportunity we are able, direct into your bank account. Please ask in club for details.
