A small group training session where you will be guided through the different stages of an Olympic lift. These sessions cover a 6 week period that will culminate in a 1 off session to assess your new found lifting potential. Each session will have a focus on lifting weights whilst moving your body through perfect technique. See the XLift board for this 6 week focus.
