The Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™ classes available at our gyms combine moves from martial arts such as karate, taekwondo, Capoeira and Muay Thai with a high-intensity workout.
Soundtracked by fast-paced, upbeat music, this is the ideal class for increasing cardio ability and stamina, as well as improving balance, posture and agility. Involving the use of your arms, legs and core, BODYCOMBAT™ will have you punching and kicking your way to a stronger and fitter you, trust us.
Created by fitness expert and four-time Olympian Les Mills, BODYCOMBAT™ teaches the techniques of elite martial arts master and enables you to learn the basic skills of self-defence, all while burning calories and toning your body.
At Fitness First we like to keep you on your toes (literally) and we change our BODYCOMBAT™ routines every three months. This way you’re always challenged and learning – we don't want it to become easy, now!
At Fitness First, BODYCOMBAT™ is taught by our expert fitness trainers and is available at most of gyms. Our classes run from 30 minutes up to an hour.
