BODYPUMP™ will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, and quickly!

This original Les Mills barbell class is a combination of weight training and aerobics, and focuses on low-weight loads and high-repetition movements to help burn fat, increase strength and improve muscle conditioning.

The 'Rep Effect', a scientifically proven formula by exercise expert and four-time Olympian Les Mills, is the secret to developing lean athletic muscle without the use of heavy weights. As a result, BODYPUMP™ is a class for all abilities and will introduce you to light or moderate weight reps, which burn calories and tones your body without resulting in bulky muscles.

BODYPUMP™ is a high energy, fast-paced class that helps to strengthen bones and joints, protecting you from future injuries and aches.

BODYPUMP™ is also perfect for those pushed for time as each class lasts just 30 minutes. It's ideal for those in a hurry, but can also act as the warm-up to a longer workout session.
