    Over the last 15 years Karen has been able to build an impressive portfolio of clientele with different needs including the obese, elderly, sports professionals and other special population groups. The experience in fitness along with a knowledge in nutrition both contribute to her clients gaining excellent results. As a Level 4 Instructor Karen is able to continue with Phase IV cardiac rehabilitation after completion of Phase III in hospital; along with other G.P. Referrals. Recently Karen was head-hunted to help roll out the Active Choices activity programme funded by the Big Lottery; this is a 12-week programme offering sedentary or inactive people the opportunity to take part in activity in a fun and social environment, so they can build their confidence and improve their health. Referrals onto the course can be done either through a G.P or Karen directly. Personal training sessions are unique to each person taking into consideration medical background, previous exercise and lifestyle. If you lack motivation, not sure what to do, have an event to train for or just want to get back into training - Karen can help you. As well as telling other people what to do, Karen also trains herself and regularly runs, weight trains and goes to ballet and yoga classes as well as following a healthy diet.
