Through these years I have trained a wide range of people from complete beginners to pro athletes.     Karen has been able to build an impressive portfolio with a wide range of individual goals from weight loss to sports specific by working with the obese, elderly, sports professionals and other special population groups. This fitness experience together with knowledge in nutrition both contribute to her clients gaining excellent results.Also a tutor in various sports modules, and a Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation personal trainer for those with coronary heart disease.

    A Level 4 Specialist Personal Trainer qualified to work with people with a range of medical conditions and alongside other health professionals. Targets and goal setting through the use of clinical preventive services to monitor fitness levels and help prevent weight gain, especially for individuals who are already overweight, and those who are at risk of becoming obese. Personal Training sessions are modified to suit individual goals and level of fitness.
