    Advanced Personal Trainer, Premier Training Diploma in Personal Training, Nutrition, Pre and Post Natal, Sports Massage, Kettlebell, TRX Bodyweight sytems, British Council of Chinese Martial Arts Level 2 Coach Wei-t-o Kung Fu Black Belt

    "I am a very experienced personal trainer based in Bristol, I currently have clients from all backgrounds from Professional Footballers, Olympic athletes and Housewife’s.

    I studied with the world renowned Premier Training to gain the necessary qualifications to work in the fitness industry and help people achieve their health and fitness goals with as much FUN as possible.

    I have also been training for over 15 years in Kung Fu, I am currently training in traditional Shaolin Kung Fu (Hung Kuen).
