    Having worked in the IT world for ten years I understand the challenges faced today in balancing hard work and healthy lifestyle.     Level 3 Reps Registered Personal Trainer, New Zealand Certified in Exercise Science, Level 2 Conditioning Coach with the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association, Silver XLR8 Speed Coach.
