Before fights we have to lose weight to make the weight class we compete in and with this experience I’ve helped many of my clients safely lose weight for their special day e.g. wedding days, birthdays, and holidays. I’ve worked with A wide range of clients from athletes involved in Boxing, mixed martial arts, Rowing, Rugby, Marathon runners to clients wanting to look good, lose weight, tone up and correct bad posture.
