I lost half my body weight

Jan, from Walsall Wood, decided to make some changes to her life after suffering a nervous breakdown. She moved house, changed jobs and decided to join Fitness First.

She was going through an incredibly dark time and felt the gym would help her focus. At first she lacked motivation but then she met Paul, a personal trainer at Fitness First Walsall Wood. With Paul’s help Jan became excited about going to the gym, attending regularly.

My life is back on track

At her heaviest Jan was nearly 22 stone. She’s now almost half that weight at just 11 stone 3. She recently completed a 10k run, a goal set by Paul who is now trying to convince her to enter the London Marathon.

“Thanks to Fitness First,” says Jan “I’m a much happier, more confident person and feel like my life is back on track.”
