What do the different people in Fitness First shirts at your club actually do? Here’s a breakdown of who’s who and how they can help you.

General Manager

The General Manager looks after every aspect of your club. It’s their responsibility to ensure the club runs smoothly on a daily basis and to unite and inspire the team to provide you with everything you need.

Receptionist

Here to welcome you, our reception team are on hand for everything from assisting you with a query to providing you with something from our food and beverage range.

Member Service Manager

If you have any questions about your membership, facilities, services or anything else, just ask and they’ll be happy to help.

Personal Trainer

These are the fitness experts who will keep you motivated and ensure you achieve your fitness goals…fast.

Health & Fitness Manager

They manage the overall fitness experience including personal training, gym floor and group exercise within your club. They'll also help with any questions you might have.

Membership Consultant

If your friends and family fancy joining you in the club, the membership team are there to make the experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Studio & Events Manager

They’ll make sure that you’re getting the most exciting, fun and inspirational studio classes to meet your goals.

Fitness Team Member

If you have any general or fitness-related questions, or for advice on your club workout, feel free to ask any member of the fitness team.
