Our approach is aimed at finding the right combination of these ingredients for you.
There’s a whole host of elements to the programme to make sure there’s something for everyone – and we’ll work out your fitness personality before you start so we can recommend a tailored solution for you to achieve your goals your way.

You’ll receive your very own free weight loss your way booklet which is complete with information and top tips on each of the three essential ingredients: regular exercise, healthy eating and a positive mind. Our top tips on exercising regularly will not only give you the kick start you need but will keep you there! In our healthy eating chapter you’ll learn that not all foods have the impact on your body you thought. Our take on nutrition might surprise you: you can snack your way to weight loss, fuel your way to fitness and fat doesn’t make you fat but diet products can. And our positive mind chapter is all about knowing what makes you tick to keep you motivated to reach your weight loss goals.
We’ve included a fitness diary in your weight loss your way book so you can track your progress. It’s one of the best ways to understand what works for you and helps you identify what brings you the best results. Plus we realise there is so much confusion and mixed messages around diets and food – what’s good? What’s bad? It’s not surprising that many people don’t know where to turn and give up on their goals pretty quickly. That’s why rather than arm you with loads of recipes we’d rather you learnt about the foods you are eating and their good and bad points so we’ve included some key information for you to use to help you create your own meal plans – but we’ve also thrown in a few of our favourite recipes in case you get stuck!
And that’s not all…..
As part of the programme we’ve also developed:
- A regular group exercise class
- One-to-one catch ups with the Fitness Team
- A regular gym floor team workouts
