Fitness First members are automatically entitled to take advantage.
  • Our Group Exercise timetable offers something for everybody with classes to suit all levels and motivations.
  • Wind down after your workout in our club lounges. Relax, read the newspaper and enjoy complimentary soft drinks, tea and coffee available. (Check availability in club.)
  • All our changing rooms have individual lockers and hairdryers. Free shampoo and shower gel is provided in our shower cubicles.
  • As a Fitness First member, you can take home and enjoy a choice of titles from our FREE DVD library!
