This is a difficult question to answer, so we advise booking as many lessons as your budget allows initially and then re-assessing nearer the final lesson. If you are interested in group classes, the minimum booking is an academic term (13 weeks), or whatever is remaining for the term.
There is no minimum but there are discounts available for booking a block of lessons.
If you have booked a 1:1 lesson, you can reschedule by allowing 48-72 hours notice. Group classes can not be rescheduled.
Depending on the venue, this could be a possibility, however because your lesson will take place at a Fitness First gym, there may be others using the pool whilst the lesson is going on.
