    My Personal Training is 'Bodyaware' I have a holistic approach to Personal Training, in just 4 sessions or less I will change your posture & help improve back problems, but also make you understand how your body works as you exercise to get results & prevent injury. This is a Mind/Body approach to exercise to get more improvement and understanding with simple basics, although the process seems simple the results gained will take you to a higher level. Awareness is the key to this. "I feel 70 to 80% of people aren't really aware of their body. Try 'Bodyaware' and see the improvements in Posture, Relaxation, Fitness, Strength and importantly Flexibility. If you play a Sport this approach will also take you to a higher level. I worked with a top lady Golf pro who was very impressed with 'Bodyaware' training and has seen big improvements. I have been doing back care and posture work for the Police OHU, Kempston and I recently met up with an Osteopath who has been referring people to me, and impressed with the improvements she has seen has also been trying out the sessions for herself.
