RPM is an indoor cycling class. Your instructor will lead you across a variety of terrain set to inspiring music. Nothing will increase your cardio fitness and burn calories quicker than RPM.

As you have control over your bikes resistance, this class is suitable for all fitness levels. You can burn up to 600 calories in a single class.
