Profile:
Fitness has been a big part of my life and on some occasions certainly saved it whether I was Soldering or keeping the local hospital staff busy! Being part of the Army Physical Training School and part of a Martial Arts Academy its crucial for me to maintain my fitness I do it because I enjoy it and it's this I hope I can share with you. As a youth I played a high level of football for the Army. I have boxed since 2000 expanded into Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Shaolin Kung Fu. I have won many tournaments and awards and still compete today. I race in the form of Triathlons, Biathlons & half marathons. I prefer felt/cross country running as it is more challenging.
