Profile:
I have over 22 years experience of various training methods. In my teen years I hit the weights hard. Later I got into boxing, in which I won two amateur midland titles and got to the semi-finals of the National Novice Championships. I had 22 fights as a professional and picked up lots of knowledge on weight loss and extreme fitness whilst boxing around the country. I now use my knowledge and experience to help people achieve their goals and like to think I am an approachable fun person who can maintain a good coach-client relationship whilst motivating and pushing people to get the best results. My workouts are varied and I try to never do the same workout twice. I believe hard work gets you there quicker and keeps you there longer! So if you are 100% committed and want results then I can and will get you there! Whatever you goals.
