Located in Aldgate, right next to the City of London, our Fenchurch Street Fitness First is the perfect place for gym-goers to work out, socialise and relax.

Just a five-minute walk from Fenchurch Street station and a seven-minute walk from Aldgate Tube station, Fitness First Fenchurch Street offers members a huge range of facilities.

Facilities available include our cardio theatre, gym floor, spin studio, sauna and sunbed. There is also a members’ lounge plus fresh towels on arrival.

For those interested in group exercise classes, a jam-packed timetable of classes consists of Body Pump, boot camp, spin, pilates, yoga, boxing, Zumba and circuit, to name just a handful.

At our Fenchurch Street gym, personal trainers are available for those wanting help defining and achieving their health and fitness targets.
