Situated just a five-minute drive from the town centre, Fitness First Poole offers free off-road parking. All of our Poole members have access to incredible health facilities including a cardio theatre, spin studio, freestyle floor, free weights, hot yoga studio, sauna, members’ lounge, crèche, and free wifi.

Fitness First Poole also offers a wide range of group exercise classes. Free fitness classes at our Poole gym include hot yoga, Zumba, spin, ballet fit, core, and HIIT, which are all available to members on a weekly basis. Personal training sessions are also available for those wanting extra help defining their workout routines and health targets.

At Fitness First in Poole we offer annual multi-gym or single gym memberships, off peak memberships, pay as you go memberships and also one-off day passes. All of our memberships are great value and flexible.
