Taught by expert instructors, our yoga sessions run from 45 minutes up to one hour. Depending on the postures and style you practice, yoga can be low-impact on the body, however be sure to flag any injuries you have to the instructor ahead of the class.
Fitness First yoga classes are open to all abilities, and participants are encouraged to take the class at their own pace – yoga is non-competitive and is taught in a friendly, relaxing environment.
