The toes to bar exercise is great for your core and abdominal muscles, which are important for a healthy back. Please take care when performing this exercise and get someone to spot you while you perform it.
Step 1. Hang from the frame using an overhand grip. Keep your body tight.
Step 2. Retract your shoulders and lean upper body backwards as you lift your legs to bring your toes towards your hands. Keep your legs as straight as possible and look up to your hands.
Step 3. Keep control of your abdominals as you lower your legs back down to your start position.
