When it comes to health and exercise, glutes, boulders, obliques, traps, tris and lats are just some of the phrases used to describe body parts that are baffling Britons across the country.
A report conducted by ourselves has recently found that the UK are extremely confused when it comes to phrases used in the gym. Over a third (36%) of people we spoke to admitted that they found themselves in conversations about health and fitness pretending to know what different parts of the body were.
