A family of four have lost an astonishing 25 stone between them, just 18 months after launching an exercise and healthy eating crusade.
The incredible effort came after mother-of-two Lisa Robinson was told by doctors she would be confined to a wheelchair if she didn't slim down. The 32-year-old reacted not only by losing more than ten stone, but by motivating her entire family to drop the pounds as well.
According to dailymail.co.uk, it was her mum Lynda who first decided to join Lisa in a battle to lose weight, followed by brother David and father Les.
Yet, in an emotional interview with chroniclelive.co.uk, Lisa explained that her two children Dylan and Caitlyn were the main reason she made the decision to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
She said: "I really needed to do something about my weight. I was in a lot of pain. I wanted to get healthy for my children as it was affecting them as I couldn't do anything with them and they were suffering.
"My children follow the plan and with my son having ADHD it has helped with his behaviour not having as many additives and sugar and they are at a good weight now."
