At Fitness First, we want to make sure you get the most out of your membership with us. That’s why we're launching our new class booking system, providing you with a simple, hassle-free way to book onto classes in advance, giving you more time to plan your week ahead.

From 26th March you will be able to book via our website, on our in-gym self-service terminals or on our new CORE app (download free in the App store or on Google Play)

The only hard part now will be deciding which class to go to!




How can I book onto classes?

Booking is simple. You can book onto classes via the below methods:

  1. Fitness First website
  2. Fitness First CORE app (download free in the App store or on Google Play)
  3. In-gym self-service terminals 

Please make sure that you have created an account on the website or via the CORE app prior to your first booking.

How far in advance can I book?

Gyms within London: You can book from 7.30am, 3 days in advance

Gyms outside of London: You can book from 7.30am, 7 days in advance

Will I receive confirmation of my booking?

Yes, once you have booked your class you will receive an email confirmation to the email address registered with your account.

What if the class is fully booked?

If a class you wish to attend is fully booked, you can opt to join the waiting list. If a place becomes available, you will be automatically booked onto the class. You will receive an email to confirm your place in the class.

Can I cancel a booking?

You can cancel a class booking anytime from booking and up to two hours before the class starts. Cancellations can be made on the website, our in club iPads/self-service terminals or on the CORE app. We please ask that you provide as much notice as possible for cancellations so that we can notify members on the waiting list of the available place.

Please note - any members who regularly fail to cancel/attend or provide inadequate notice will be subject to our internal misuse policy.
