Fitness First goes from Red Monday to Red Mondays

We’re on a mission to lift the nation’s mood and support you on your fitness journey during these testing times.

After our successful #RedMonday event on 18th January that saw us turning Blue Monday Red, we couldn’t believe the amazing feedback and rewarding comments we received so we decided to turn this into #RedMondays. Staying safe and healthy has never been so important and we’re so proud to support the nation moving a little more and feeling a little better.

So get excited, we're bringing you a full week of workouts to get you through Lockdown, one week at a time, all for free. It’s all about building that routine!

Every Monday, we’ll be going live with 3 classes. Our fitness experts have designed a programme to offer exactly what the mind and body crave at specific times of the day, especially while we’re staying indoors. Scroll down the page to see what to expect from our classes!​

8:00am Cardio Class – Get energised to a positive mindset for the day ahead to start the week in the best place ​
11:00am Mind & Body Class - Reset the body and combat any bad postures.​
5:30pm Strength Class - Transform the living room working environment from day to night and drive a rush of endorphins to close off the day on a sweaty and happy note.​

RUSH

Rush is designed to improve your heart and lung function, burn calories and vaporise body fat. Work at a high-intensity and pace with equal bursts of 30 second work and rest intervals, using Dynamic Movement Training techniques in all 3 dimensions; work your core with body weight and Freestyle™ equipment to maximise your output and elevate the heart.

POWER YOGA

An active and athletic style of Yoga adapted from the traditional Ashtanga system. Power Yoga doesn’t stick to the same sequence poses like other Yoga classes but varies depending on the teacher. Using isometric movements to activate every muscle in the body, sparking the metabolism and getting a more beneficial calorie burn. You may be an athlete, but it doesn’t mean that Power Yoga will be easy. Our Fitness First top tip is start slowly and carefully!

REPS

A full body low impact resistance strength class that uses a mixture of barbells, dumbbells, and your own body weight. Helping you to get stronger and improve your physique fast!
