- Partner 1 – 1 rep high burpee, 1 rep KB high pull
- Partner 2 – 2 reps high burpee, 2 reps KB high pull
- Partner 1 – 3 reps high burpee, 3 reps KB high pull
- Partner 2 – 4 reps high burpee, 4 reps KB high pull
- Repeat until you hit 10 reps
