Take a Bootcamp class at Fitness First
An intense cardio workout, whereby various drills and exercises improve agility, endurance and strength; stay motivated, challenge and work your body while burning calories. You'll get pushed to your limits with a mixture of aerobic and strength exercise to challenge your muscles. Performing high energy moves you'll work your whole body in this boot camp style class.
Your instructor will guide you through a number of exercise stations where you could be working in groups or individually with body weight exercise or using a variety of resistance equipment. Whilst some key exercises will usually always be included in your class no class will ever be the same as your coach will mix up your routine to keep you on your toes.
