Take a Ballroom class at Fitness First
Dancing with a partner to a selection of ballroom inspired dances, following strict tempos combined with dipping and lifting moves, work the upper body, whist improving strength and tone in the glutes, quads and calf muscles. No Ballroom Gowns, dance shoes or partner required. Learn classic steps in this low impact class, but don't worry if you've got two left feet, we'll have you showing off your fancy footwork in no time. You'll improve your co-ordination, leg strength, flexibility in your hips and spine all whilst getting a fantastic cardio workout.
