Barre Fitness offers the very latest in body conditioning using fundamental barre moves from Ballet, Fitness & Yoga. You'll start by warming up your body, first focusing on postural strength and alignment of the spine, followed by a series of exercises using light weights. During the class you will make use of the ballet barre to aid flexibility and strength training to sculpt your body
