Build a strong and controlled core with Abs Blast! It enables stronger functional lifts using purely your own body weight and various small pieces of equipment. The class involves pair work where you’ll complete our supersets twice to work both sides of the core.

The structure usually follows 45 seconds of activity followed by 15 seconds of rest for each exercise. It’s not set so with the help of your instructor you can progress on each exercise so that you build upon your core strength in each session and work towards the next level.
