BEAT is a highly motivating heart rate based training zone, tailor made for optimising every workout.
Heart rate based training optimises your workouts by ensuring you always train at the right intensity level for you and our expects are on hand in every session. You can track and monitor your progress and we can guarantee the quality of your workout, as everyone works out at their own personal best.
The only competiton is with yourself.
There are five different sessions available depending on your goal and current fitness levels.
We can advise on the best one to get you results:
More suited to beginners, expect body weight and functional training exercises that gradually take you to 65% of your personal heart rate capacity. You’ll move better, and get fitter, more flexible and stronger
Suitable for all fitness levels, whether you want to burn fat or get your fitness on-track. Train together at a steady 70% heart rate in this circuit-based session, burning fat and improving your fitness and endurance
Want to reach new heights? This session focuses on athletic power techniques like jumping and sprinting, and active recovery, to push yourself that little bit further. There’s an athlete in all of us
A cardio based workout that gradually increases in intensity to raise your heart rate to 85%, working your heart and lungs to the optimal level for you. Get your cardio fitness going
Push yourself to over 90% heart rate by alternating periods of high intensity dynamic and explosive exercises with shorter recovery intervals. Are you up for the challenge?
