CORE training is really important. A strong core will allow better movement in all walks of life!
Work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds, meaning you'll be working pretty hard for 6 minutes. If you're feeling super fit, have a sip of water and get straight on with 2 more rounds! The rest of us should take a minute or so rest before we attempt 2 more rounds. Keep your middle tight and work on your movement standards.
