Our Head of Gym Floor Experience, Tim Andrews, has put together a series of workouts that you can do from home - as long as you're feeling well, of course. Each workout covers a different style of training so there's plenty of variety.

High Intensity Interval Training means maximum effort in your working phase. Earn those rests!

10 reps of each exercise finished off with a 30 second handstand hold. Aim to complete 5 times.

Just over 15 minute equipment free session of basic movements to elevate your heart rate, work your lungs and get a sweat on!

Repeat sequence x6 times and aim to hold each pose for 10 seconds.

Time to punch and kick your way toward stress relief!

Time to get some air in those lungs and brush the cobwebs out! omplete the 6 exercises in total and then rest. Reset and go again another 2 times!
