I specialise in bodyweight and high-intensity training, using functional movements and minimal equipment to build strength, endurance, and mobility.
My sessions are challenging yet highly adaptable, combining elements of HIIT, calisthenics, and core conditioning to help clients build lean muscle, improve cardiovascular fitness, and gain confidence.
Every programme is tailored to the individual, my goal is to help each client become stronger, leaner, and fitter.
