    I run a bespoke personal train service where your exercise routine and nutrition plan is designed specifically for you.
    My mission is to deliver results through a challenging yet fulfilling fitness service.

    Static and Dynamic fitness testing is used to completely individualize your exercise routine based on your ability, in order to ensure consistent progress towards your fitness goals. Static & Dynamic Testing includes: Body Composition Tests (weight, fat, muscle & metabolism) – Tape measurements – cardiovascular fitness – strength testing.

    The nutritional support I offer ranges from natural and holistic lifestyle solutions to performance sports nutrition. It is important that your nutrition suits your ability, lifestyle and dietary preferences; therefor nutrition plans are adjusted as you progress in fitness.

    Since 2010 my client experiences have also covered: Marathon runners, Fat Loss, Weddings, Injury Rehabilitation, PCOS, Sports, Core Strength & Flexibility.

    Having almost completed a full year at Bloomsbury client success has been a huge factor in me choosing to be here. Weight loss, inch loss, lean muscle increases, strength increases and some fantastic changes in client physiques have enabled me to retain a solid client base and develop some exciting training strategies. These include a 6 week Boxercise conditioning training system, a 6-12 week circuit conditioning training system and a simplistic yet effective strength and size training system where one client has built no less than 8 pounds of lean muscle in just 6 weeks.
