    Having almost completed a full year at Bloomsbury client success has been a huge factor in me choosing to be here. Weight loss, inch loss, lean muscle increases, strength increases and some fantastic changes in client physiques have enabled me to retain a solid client base and develop some exciting training strategies. These include a 6 week Boxercise conditioning training system, a 6-12 week circuit conditioning training system and a simplistic yet effective strength and size training system where one client has built no less than 8 pounds of lean muscle in just 6 weeks. Client feedback is always welcome and is essential to my growth and development as a Personal Trainer
