    I could be really Grandiose and tell you all about how good I am as a Trainer. However Personal Training is all about you not me. I have learnt in my 11 years as a PT that people do not care how much I know until they know how much I care. I will set Specific Realistic goals and track them. Injuries are a speciality and being a Sports Person understand getting "back" to what we love doing! I am around the gym a lot please just come and introduce yourself I am very friendly and am there to help.

    Having grown up as a gymnast and equestrian eventer, I have always been very active. It was at age 17, when I was forced to give this up due to injury, that I discovered my love of the gym.

    I love the feeling after a workout, knowing I have pushed myself as much as I can and that I am stronger and fitter than before. I'm also passionate about helping clients to push themselves and see how much they can achieve.

    I get bored with the usual workouts and love mixing things up (although I do love kettlebells). I make my workouts varied and interesting so clients don't get bored with repetitive sessions.

    I decided to further my knowledge of anatomy and completed my Pilates qualification. I use this knowledge with all my clients. I have also helped numerous clients overcome back pain as well as working on postural problems.

    As well as exercise prescription, I am also very interested in nutrition. I can help with diet plans as well as education on supplements and alternative therapies.

    I studied Strength and Conditioning Science at St Mary’s University and obtained accreditation from the UK Strength and Conditioning Association to work with elite athletes.

    I have a variety of skills allowing me to train a wide range of people toward their goals. My favourite part of my job is people allowing me to use my knowledge to help them achieve their goals and seeing the transformation both physically and mentally.
