    Training Specialities

    I specialise in weight loss, muscle toning/building & general fitness. My approach is to deliver a good professional service in a friendly & enjoyable way & which ensures value for money.

    Qualifications

    I obtained my Personal Training qualification at David Lloyd's headquarters, Europe's largest health club. I am qualified in teaching circuits, spinning, aqua aerobics, sports nutrition,weight management & exercise to music.

    Profile

    As a former Royal Marines Commando I have a wealth of experience when it comes to fitness. I understand that in order to achieve your goals whether it be weight loss, muscle toning/building or general fitness you have to push yourself very hard which is very difficult to do on your own. However exercise does not have to be painful or unpleasant it can be fun and enjoyable and this is what I as a personal trainer strives for. The only thing you have to lose is the calories.
