 Located right in the heart of Brighton itself, Fitness First is the ideal place for city dwellers to workout, relax and socialise. Less than a five-minute walk from the city's train station, our Brighton gym offers members a huge range of facilities. Not only are an extensive and varied range of group exercise classes available (including boxing, spin, yoga, Zumba, pilates and circuit training), at Fitness First Brighton, members have access to a cardio theatre, spin studio, freestyle floor area, sauna, beauty room and lounge area as well. Personal training sessions are also available for those wanting extra help defining their workout routines and health targets.

At Fitness First Brighton, we offer annual multi-gym or single gym memberships, off peak memberships, pay as you go memberships and also one-off day passes. All of our memberships are great value and flexible.
