I am a functional trainer primarily using TRX, Kettlebells, Powerbags and VIPRS. I like to specialise in weight loss and weight gain and also fitness goals. I have many specific goal clients such as weddings, benchmark birthdays etc.

I take pride in my professional approach and am fully committed to being the best there is in the fitness industry, continually learning and researching new ideas and techniques. I truly believe in making my sessions enjoyable and varied, but at the same time being both productive and results driven. When you train with me you will have 100% focus and attention from me and between us we will achieve your goals. I train in a variety of disciplines and I am fully qualified in everything I do.
