Our Camden gym, located in north London, offers members cutting edge fitness facilities.

Situated just a five-minute walk from Mornington Crescent tube station and less than a ten-minute walk from Camden Town tube station, this gym gives members access to a cardio theatre, spin studio, sauna, gym floor and in-gym beauty rooms.

If it’s group exercise classes that you’re interested in, Fitness First Camden has a busy weekly timetable, which includes spin, circuit, Body Pump, yoga, Pilates, Body Combat, SHRED and Kung Fu, to highlight just a few classes.

For those who need help defining their health and fitness goals, personal training sessions are also available.

Annual multi-gym or single gym memberships, off peak memberships, pay as you go memberships and also one-off day passes are available at Fitness First Camden. Flexible and great value, there’s a membership to cater for everyone.

    Over the years I've had my fair few up's & downs when it comes to fitness and maintaining a healthy weight. I was always active and fit but as life goes sometimes, I was busy with other things...you know.. like work, house-work, studying and so on. Ultimately resulting in totally neglecting my own health & well-being.

    I know how it feels to be socially awkward, uncomfortable, restricted (social activities, shopping etc.) and that intimidating & anxious feeling of walking into a gym totally clueless at the start of a journey like this. Shortly after his release he worked for specialised boot camps for 17 year old Israelis, preparing them for their army tryouts.
