Looking for a place to work up a sweat in south-west London? Our gym in Streatham offers some of the best fitness facilities in the capital.

Situated only a five-minute walk from Streatham Hill station, members at Fitness First Streatham can enjoy cutting-edge exercise equipment and expertly-trained staff. At our Streatham gym, members have access to a cardio theatre, spin studio, freestyle floor, sauna, members’ lounge, free wifi, swimming pool (which offers lessons to all abilities) and beauty rooms.

Our gym in Streatham also offers a huge range of group exercise classes. Free fitness classes are available on a weekly basis and include BodyPump, spin, pilates, circuits, yoga, Insanity training, Zumba dance and aqua aerobics. Personal training sessions are also available for those wanting extra help defining their workout routines and reaching their fitness goals.

At Fitness First Streatham, we offer annual multi-gym or single gym memberships, off peak memberships, pay as you go memberships and also one-off day passes. All of our memberships are great value and flexible.

    It's so easy to make an excuse, "l can't do that, l'm too tired today, that makes me smell, l have a head ache, Eastenders is on". lt's time to stop with all the excuses and start making a differences now!
