In the heart of London’s West End, Fitness First Tottenham Court Road offers members a fantastic space in which they can work out, and also relax and socialise in too.

Situated just a seven-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road tube station or a five-minute walk from Goodge Street tube station, our gym offers cutting edge fitness facilities such as a cardio theatre, spin studio, sauna, gym floor, hot yoga studio, swimming pool, beauty salon, iPad bar, members’ lounge and free Wi-Fi. Members are also given fresh towels upon arrival.

If it’s group exercise classes that you’re after, a busy weekly timetable includes core, tone, yoga, hot power yoga, dance, circuits, spin, martial arts and Body Pump, to highlight just a few.

Personal training sessions are available for those who need help defining their health and fitness goals too.

Annual multi-gym or single gym memberships, off peak memberships, pay as you go memberships and also one-off day passes are available at Fitness First Tottenham Court Road. Flexible and great value, there’s a membership to cater for everyone.
