To start the year right, we’ve put together this simple and progressive challenge that is sure to get your heart pumping. It’s easy enough to get into, regardless your level of fitness. You’re in control: you set the pace for your challenge and its progression throughout the 8 weeks of it. Whether you want to go all in at your first go or go easy, it’s totally up to you. Have a go and see how you progress by the end of February!

How to get involved
Your total score is the number of round(s) with the 6 exercises above completed + 0.1 for each exercise completed. For example, if you complete 2 full rounds plus the first 4 exercises above then your score is 2.4 . The decimal can only be 5 max.
We recommend trying this challenge once a week to reap the benefits of all your hard work and see your score improve.
