TraX is a high-intensity session which helps improve strength and increases aerobic capacity, helping you live your life better. Our expert instructors will guide you through this station-based class and give you the motivation needed to maximise your workout. You may experience a little competitive spirit as everyone spurs each other on!










ROX is the first of its kind and exclusive here at Fitness First! A boutique style session combining running and boxing rolled into one stress-busting workout. This is a fantastic high energy workout with awesome music. Bring your attitude to the bag.








Functional Training
The one thing you get from this area is space. These areas are designed to allow you focus on movement, whether that be to push, pull, jump, flip or rotate. You'll have HIIT cardio equipment available too so you can build highly effective workouts that engage more muscle groups than fixed machines.


Enjoy a relaxing sauna after your workout to improve circulation and aid muscle recovery.

Our spin studios provide the perfect environment to join like-minded members in a group indoor cycling class. Low lighting with lighting effects, an upbeat music track and enthusiastic instructors help create a positive and motivating atmosphere where you can push yourself to your limits.
