Looking for a quick finisher to your workout?  This is the one.  Anchor your battle ropes and get yourself some space.

Complete 5 double slams followed by 1 chest to floor burpee.

Complete another 5 double slams this time followed by 2 chest to floor burpees.

Each time return to 5 double slams, but increase the amount of burpees by 1, until you reach 5 double slams and 5 chest to floor burpees. 

Stop the clock, that's your score!
