TRX Core Challenge

Strapped for time and want a quick core workout; this is the challenge for you.  Adjust your TRX handle height to the desired position.

You're going to work for 90 seconds and your score will be the amount of reps you can complete in that time period. 

Alternate around 3 exercises. 

1. Knees to Chest Tuck.
2. Breaststroke Legs.
3. Straight Leg Pike. 

Complete 10 reps of each exercise before you move on to the next. Once you've completed 30, back to the start and go again.  Aim to keep your knees off the floor for the whole 90 seconds. 

Submit the total amount reps scored in 90 seconds.
