How long is the class?

We have 30 and 45 minute versions, check your club timetable for the best timescales that suit your lifestyle.

What kind of fitness classes is TraX?

We’d consider it a class which predominantly works your heart and lungs so it great for your cardio.  However, it’s also a great strength training class with the different dynamic movement TraX stations. 

How do I book a class?

Through the FFX App.  Places can be reserved up to 7 days in advance.  

Can I just turn up for a class?

We’d always prefer you to book so we can prepare and structure the class for the appropriate numbers, but if we’ve got the capacity, we’ll get you involved.

What do I wear to a TraX classes?

T-shirt, top, leggings, shorts and joggers as long as they’re light and breathable. Please avoid long, baggy trousers as you’ll be moving around quickly and could get caught up in things like Assault Bike cranks. Always wear suitable footwear – comfortable, supportive trainers.

What should I bring with me?

We always recommend that you bring a bottle of water with you to any fitness class to help you keep hydrated. We also recommend that you bring a towel as the chances are you’re going to get a sweat on.

I have a medical condition, which classes should I attend?

Before taking a TraX class or any training plan, please seek medical advice from your GP as to the level of activity you should be doing and what is recommended for you. At the beginning of every class, please notify the instructor of any condition you may have.
