Get your heart pumping with our bootcamp class! It’s a station-based circuit comprising of time and rep-based activities. You’ll be pushed to your limits with a mixture of aerobic and strength exercises to challenge your muscles. Don’t be afraid to try this class as your instructor will guide you through the exercise stations so you can get the most out of the workout.
