Weekend Warrior Workout Plan

With our busy, modern lives, it’s often difficult to find the time to go for a long run or commit to a lengthy gym session. That’s where the Weekend Warrior workout plan comes into play.

Our tailored exercise plan is designed to give you a full-body workout in just 30-45 minutes per session. Set over two days, freestyle and resistance equipment are all you need to improve your speed and stamina, so you can keep fit in a flash!
