Classes

No matter what your goals are, we've got you! Discover three on-demand classes categories designed to fit your objectives.

Strength – weightlifting, resistance, controlled movement under time combined with high-intensity intervals. Strength is a category built to increase your endurance, helping you get stronger and improve your physique fast.

Cardio – Be prepared to burn a serious amount of calories and vaporise body fat. These classes are guaranteed to get your heart pumping.

Mind & Body - Strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. A blend of yoga, pilates, flexibility, mobility, and basic meditation, plenty of ways to pick up the pace or decrease it.
